acne question?

On a cycle I did a year ago, I broke out with very bad back acne just on my back, but just kind of "beared through it". It is all gone now (meaning there is no new acne), but I do still have scarring. Does this scarring ever go away in time? Can a dermatoligist do anything about it? I know about the laser surgery. Is it expensive? I am in the middle of another cycle right now, but am equipped with antibiotics and benzoyl, haven't broke out again yet.

I broke out bad a few eeks ago and started using this anitbacterial lotion and soap from a Pharmacy. 2 weeks went by and the acne has almost gone just a few scars left but they are fading away. I went out in the sun an tanned a few days ago anfd you can hardly see them now.

I will probably do the laser again even though its expensive and it comes back. But I did not get one zit from the process. Hope this helps.
