Been blasting high doses for a while now. Have been completely off for 2 months now and my acne on my chest and upper back is getting progressivaly worse. I dont have insurance right now what should I do. Pro Active just isnt working, along with tanning and drying out.

theres a couple things you can do. accutane but apparently it has sides? (dunno never done it but theres info on the EF forums about accutane)

high dose of Vitamin B5. work you way up, start with around 3g for the first 2 - 3 days then smash it up to 10g and see how you go. high dose of B5 will most likely dry the hell out of your lips so get some sort of lip balm to treat dry/cracked lips i use Lucas Pawpaw Ointment it works pro and your lips wont get all cracked and sore.

last but not least i recommed getting benzac ac gel. this sh!t will completely fvck your pimples up. the gel comes in 2.5% 5% and 10% concentrations of benzoyl peroxide. i used to get acne until i used benzac ac gel it completely destroys pimples i have clear skin not 1 pimple at all now (although i still use a little bit of the gel just to keep the pimples away) this the most effective way to get rid of pimples/acne imo (accutane might be better but ive never used it and didnt need it after using the benzac ac gel)

also keep in mind the gel will dry your skin out heaps so peeling/redness is normal. to slove this you can put on the gel, let it dry then put some moisturizer over the top.

sorry for the long post but thats it. depending on how bad your acne is 2.5% will clear up most acne as it did mine. if your case is really bad then 10% gel will most likely be your best option. work your way from 2.5 or 5% up to the 10% gel.

I'm on 500mgs test and I get pretty bad acne from it too. I tried taking dutasteride to see if it would help and I do believe it has helped some. As far as SARMS S4 helping, it actually seemed to make the acne much worse for me once I started taking it about two weeks ago. I understand why Radar would think that, I believe theres some research that shows SARMS to have a bit of a DHT blocking effect?

But honestly the only thing that seems to do anything is massive amounts of Benzyl Peroxide. I have to wash with Benzyl OXY two or three times everyday, and I put on the vanishing spot cream at night. It will help you out a lot, but the acne is not going to disappear completely! The acne bacteria is an extremely well evolved creature!

IMO, Accutane!!
I know its harsh but it will ZAP everything off of your body! To me, its the best for big problems with acne, big blotches and infected pimples that hurt.

accutane...

I think ACCUTANE is last ditch option. Ive seen the sides vary too much from one to another
from the point of no sides to extreme depression. Depends on the person. Try something otc that works
like platinum labz. com Acne Annihilator. Cheap and super effective...NO sides at all.

milk.. really? whys that

Duno man. My first cycle , I drink a lot of milk and Broke out like crazy ( about 20 big pimples on chest + traps ).Stopped drinking milk couple months ago and have no zits now. Currently on my 6th week , for my second cycle. test E 500 mgs.

the only thing that has ever worked for me with acne was rubbing alcohol. no jokes. put some on a towel and rub it on your back and chest. just dont do it more than once a day or your skin will get more oily to try to deal with the dryness

Saturated fats can cause an increase in acne as well as a diet high sugar and carbs as controlling acne also comes from controlling your insulin levels.

sbamb111,
I have been suffering with serious face/back/chest/upper arm acne for 7 years. I've never used AAS.
I tried every treatment including various antibiotics.

The only thing that worked for me was Accutane. Yes, it does dry you out. I feel it in my joints, eyes, lips, and skin.

However, Accutane is the only product that ever seriously worked to clear up my acne. In theory, if you complete a proper course of Accutane (4-6 months), your acne will never come back bad.

Please pay what you have to and see a dermatologist for this. I've found that some docs charge as little as $75 per visit cash price. Your health is worth the $75.

Accutane did mess up my lipid profile and this is why I am insisting that you see a doctor for the Accutane and get monitored properly.

For me it only took 40mg/day in order to see clearing of my acne.

Good luck bro. I know acne is a bitch and can make you feel terrible. Especially when your body looks good and you want to show it off.

PM me with and questions.

^ yes see a doctor about it, NOT a source site!

im prescribed to it and only have about 2 months left on it and its almost all completely gone... you have to have blood test done every month also before getting your next prescription filled though.
very much worth it. you may or may not experience some sides from it? i just had dry lips but my joints and everything else felt fine to me, i could still lift just as heavy as i was. good luck

is this how it's supposed to work? I took it in my teens and while it did clear up, it slowly came back once I was off. I guess some of us are just lucky ;)

D

My brother was one of the lucky ones. He completed a proper dermatologist monitored course of Accutane, and went up to high doses 80mg/day.
However, his acne cleared so well that he wouldn't break out even if he washed with heavy moisturizer.

Now, 4 years after finishing his accutane, he is is beginning to see a few pimples here and there, but nothing serious like he used to have.

I'm towards the end of my first course of Accutane and am almost 100% clear :D

Salycic acid for chest/trap/shoulder pimples. The normal pimple creams at the store have benzoyl peroxide which is not very effective on upper torso pimples. Benzoyl peroxide is for facial acne. Salycic acid works far better. It is in Selson Blue (yes the shampoo). I just use it as a body wash. Cleared my upper arm pimples up in no time. Accutane only as a last resort.

I have had very bad acne and 3 things helped
1)Antibiotic(Doxycycline) prescribed from my dermatologist
2)Benzol peroxide soap wash
3)Limiting your milk intake

I just saw a commercial on tv about accutane, it was about the extreme side effects, and how a whole bunch of lawyers can sue if you suffered any of the side effects. I would be hesitant to try it myself.

Pumping your self full of antibiotics are not good for you and can make you resistant to them. Accutane is dangerous and liver toxic not to mention linked to suicide. Megadosing vitamins depletes you of other vitamins and can lead to hairloss and gastrointestinal distress.

Having a proper diet with one that is low in saturated fats and controls insulin levels is a great remedy.
The american diet is to blame for this epidemic as it is not seen as much in other cultures.

I'd like to note that my posts in this thread are regarding non-AAS induced acne.

Maybe changing something up in your AAS use, along with proper diet as others mentioned, should be your first step before adding additional medicines into the mix.

Adding meds is more often the problem than the solution.

my other suggestions. I going to an indepth write up and publish it on here for you guys.

I actually got this from a thread on this site back in mid/late nineties and have used it from time to time ever since. Desitin (the diaper rash ointment). No idea why it works but it does. You cannot rub it so if using on shoulders/back you have to wear a t-shirt to bed. I've used when getting a major zit on my face and next day...gone, no sign of anything, like magic.

Acne is partly genetic and pertains to hormonal patterns in each individual which causes the sebaceous gland to produce more oil i.e. acne. I used to suffer from acne before I ever cycled. My diet was pretty dam good. It has nothing to do with proper diet or controlling insulin.

In my opinion accutane is awesome with minimal sides if you take it properly. It's the only product that has ever worked for me and many people. I have no reason to bullshit.

In my opinion I believe other big companies lobby with one another against Accutane to give it a bad wrap. They are aware if dermotologist provided every person with accutane there would be no need for all those other shit products.

Great post bro.

I'm an Accutane success story as well. I have never used AAS. It feels great to finally be from from acne. To not have to wake up an see new pimples every morning is an excellent feeling.

That is an amazing feeling. Waking up everyday to discover 2 or 3 or more zits on your face sucks! Not anymore. All other products are simply a temporary fix to a bigger problem.

you guys should watch this vid about breaking out from Accutane.

YouTube - ACCUTANE = HOSPITAL!

Accutane is definitely not for everyone. However, for countless people accutane has meant the difference between having or not having confidence in themselves. We are not just talking about AAS induced acne, but people who have suffered with it since puberty that cannot get rid of acne.

I always say that accutane must be taken under the supervision of a dermatologist :doc:

NeverGymless,
If accutane is the only thing that has worked for me and so many other people, then are you implying that we should just live with acne forever?

Explore other options before jumping on this toxic chemical.
I PROMISE to have a write up in a few weeks time that will help you guys out.
I'm still working on it among other things.

Do you think runnng a low dose dostinex throughout a test cycle would help eleviate the problem before it even arose? This is a lot of what I've been reading on as of late
