ACNE - Any Thoughts?

I my sust cycle ended 2 weeks ago, and now I have all this acne forming on my upper arms, chest, and back. I have been taking b5, and ala, and acne hasnt been a problem. This acne is different too, its little dots that are red. Is this happening because of the harmone changes - ie lack of the test? If this is happening already, will clomid acne will be bad really bad then?

i feel your pain bro... i got off 3 weeks ago and my back is covered with pimples... the big dark ones too. I posted something about my acne the other day and I got some pretty good responses on it. Look it up ..it could help.

Everyone says that it's a hormonal change but these pimples started coming about week 10 of my cycle. I was still on the sauce...so it can't only be that. I'm taking clomid right now and it doesn't seem to be aggravating too much, if any.

go tanning 15 mins everyday or everyother day..packages for tanning are a hell of a lot cheaper than buying accutane plus there are so many side effects to accutane..

tanning dries out your skin..dry=less oil=less change clogging pores..

Clomid acne is the worse..........i HAD it...........two days after starting ALA there was none.

check your diet. cut carbs.

start eating health fats. flax helps a lot with acne

i agree. before i was lifting and taking roids i did 6 months of accutane and had more side effects than any roid i have taken. And this was prescribed by doc

loss of weightm back pains, always tired, dry face/lips. Even to this day i still can't tan as good as i use to. Accutane fucked up my skin color.

stay away from accutane.

I will up the ala dosage...I will get out in the sun more, I live in the desert so it is very easy to get tan here. Thanks for all the replies
