Alright, so i have bacne, and acne on the face. People say not i really don't have any, or little. But i really don't want any AT ALL
Basically, i was clean, then i had a fucking protein bar. 10g of sugars it said, and i read the ingredients (always) and its all natural things like peanut butter, etc etc fudge. . . i didn't realize i twas fudge until after i ate it,now im like fuck cause i had some bit of a breakout . . .
I really hate having any bit of acne on the face, and when (in about a week or so) i will start a bulking phase i can't have anything sugary.
Basically, before the protein bar only sugar i would ever have (never had a pop or anything chocolate or ANYTHING with sucrose or fructose in it for 2 years) i would only have fruits (about 1 to 2 cups) in a smoothie i made at home each morning. Had protein, oats, creatine monohydrate, egg whites, and milk in it.
Anybody have any suggestions as to what things i can take to help with acne? Right now i trying Exposed, it sucks i might go back to proactive.
But as far as dieting and stuff, or vitamins and shit like that or natural oils. anything suggested to help with acne?
