achieving gains naturally after cycle?

Hey fellow EF members!
as some of you know iam going to stay off steroids for a long time if not for every, and thers a reason for this.

I was wondering if any of you have achieved gains after using steroids? i am thinking about added strength or size, so far i am keeping my gains very good and my strength is almost the same!

Is there a side effect to bulking, i am capeable of bulking up to 10kgs on 2months and when i was clean i made incridible strength gains while doing this! Fat % is now around 13

So just a question, do you train differently, eat diffent, and so on ?
 
I refuse to get above 10% so I just maintain and stay shredded year around...
 
And by the way, do you use any supplements that help you achieve your natural goals?
ive found that bridge help me out quite alot! but any other recommended ones?

but are you able to gain mass without bulking, i know ure able to achieve goals in weightloss and building mass at the same time if roiding.. but if you dont use steroids i dont think ure able to do that effetively enough?
 
After one of my big cycles, I decided to increase cals a bit and focus on HEAVY compound exercises. I found my strength and size stayed right about the same. Of course, I gained some bodyfat by doing this. But I was using all the 45lb plates on the leg press, like 20 plates or some shit and I had a friend sit on it. I stayed strong even though I dropped all AAS. I think it was mostly to just overeating and not worrying about bodyfat. Negatives are: FAT :(
 
ive never understood the whole concept of eating one way while on cycle and then eating the complete opposite of cycle. I agree with steve in the fact the you should eat and train the same, if not eating more to gain more weight when off cycle. how many calories are you intaking a day??? Cause its very hard to keep your strength and muscle mass continually going up if your not eating. I dont think you need to be worried about being ripped up if your trying to get strong and gain muscle... Without AAS, its very hard to cut and bulk at the same time. There two completely different diets and goals...

I think that if your wanting to make some gains that you shouldnt be worried about gaining alittle fat and just eat and train with every ounce of energy that you have... Eat Eat, Eat, Eat, it can be said enough, eat!!!! And when you need to diet, slashing calories drastically will lead to major weight loss....

Your heading correctly, you dont need AAS to make Solid gains and to gains muscle, weak minded crave it, strong minded dont.... Remember, its not a sprint, but a marathon bro.... patience is key!!! believe me!!!

Add in a nutrition practitioner like Need2slin along with some gear and this can help prevent the fat gain when doing this. Keep cals high but super clean also helps and N2-bulk is deff the way to go for higher clean cals now.

You should absolutely be able to achieve gains after juice or in between cycles. If your not able to gain without juice than your not using your juice to its full potential. You should still be training hard and eating. The only difference in training is going to be volume and recovery time. A natural body cant endure the stress load a superhuman can. So you have to adjust accordingly based on your goals, age, and training level. For instance, when im on my bench sessions can encompass as many as 12-15 work sets, when im natural I wont go beyond 8 sets. Also when Im on my recover time is almost cut in half. I dont change my diet too much I always eat enough to aid in recovery. Whatever your goals are adjust your diet to meet those goals.

My diet is pretty good right now all the strengths there and almost all mass! looking pretty solid right now, since its summer soon im thinking about ripping down towards a six-pack.. ive never had that, so this summer is going to be the first one!

Im eating pretty clean, mostly proteins! but diet can without a doubt be perfected alot more. As far as genetics they arent the best.. The best part of me is my motivation and desire to reach my protential!
controlling my thaughts and power them towards being things i attempt in life.
