Accutane Users!!!

I used it in 1997. I had light acne, but some of it was cystic so my doc prescribed it for me. I was clear until I did my first cycle (2000). My back, chest and shoulders have some, but my face has remained clear. I want to try this Isotrex, topical solution. It's the same isotretinoin in accutane but used topically. Since it is really only my back/shoulders and my middle chest I think this may be easier than dealing with all the sides from the pills.

I had extremely bad acne in High School. After going to the doc for about 2 years and trying a bunch of different shit, he put me on Accutane and it worked wonders, cleared me up completely. On my first cycle which was very light cycle of EQ, i got no pimples. Now i am in the middle of my second and no pimples on my face or back(those were my problem areas in HS), but my fucking chest is invested. I bought Neotrogena products and i hope it controls it, and i am going to start to go tanning. Accutane is just like AS it depends on the person. Good luck!! Keep us Posted.

Accutane works wonders,but make sure you stock up on chap stick your lips will be chapped like no other..

I took Accutane several years ago.. and my acne was pretty bad at that time on my face. Never had any anywhere else.. but wow... this is some strong stuff!!
My whole face was parched.. completely dry.. I had a hard time wearing contacts because my eyes were so dry, I would get nose bleeds cuz my nostrils would get dry- had to get nasal spray to moisturize it, my lips were totally cracking all over... had to get precription lip ointment.. even Carmex wasn't working... and I would get ear wax like crazy!

But after the few months were over.. my skin has been pretty much perfect.. and now I have a handsome face to match my hard body! I have never cycled with AS.. so I do not know if that will cause me to get acne again.. but if it does.. I will stop the gear.. having acne sucks ass! If you have bad acne.. go for the accutane.. you will be very happy you did.

I have been on accutane for 3 months now currently at the dose of 120mlgs and let me tell you I am a dry motherfucker right now and I have that deppression shit but the zits are all going away.if you have cyctic acne then go for it it is your best bet.I will be on it for 2 more months and my blood tests have came back perfect.........get aquaphor for your lips and and aveno lotion for your face...p.s the dry lips are starting to go away for me....good luck

if i´ve got light acne that has bean there like for years, would lower doses of accutane make it disapeare...

tired of using soaps and shits which really dont make that much of a difference

i have used Acutane and it worked well but, i had to get frequent blood test for liver and it also dried my eyes and lips. i just broke out again on my back and my doctor who knows i AS gave me Minocin which is not as harsh but has been working well for me...

I used Minocin all through my HS years...Worked pretty good. It is a mild antibiotic!

Tried proactive. Pretty decent stuff. Just cleans your face and dries out your skin though.
I'm looking more for a cure than another topical product.

Any of you like me in that you havent had acne in years, but once you juiced it came back
and never really went away?
