Accutane dosages?? How much should I take?

I am going to purchase some accutane but don't know how to take it, meaning recommended dosage per day, and for how long.
I have taken prescribed accutane (gel tab form) a long time ago but still need help on how to take it now. Anyone that can help me out, I appreciate it.

50-200mg given in two divided doses daily for 15 to 20 weeks--this is for a 220 pound person.

How much for a 185-190 pound guy. I don't have much acne but I do have some which are cyst typed. Plus I am about to do a cycle for spring break so what do you recommend DrJMW

If you only have a little acne you might want to try something else. Accutane is no fun. It will severely dry your skin out, and your acne will get worse before it gets better. It's also very hard on the liver, so you might want to get that checked before you start. I had to get my values checked every month I was on it. This having been said, for someone with severe acne it is a godsend. I've taken this drug numerous times under the guidance of a Dermatologist, so I consider myself quite knowledgeable in its use.

I as well had cystic acne about 6 years ago real bad and was on the highest dose of accutane prescribed by a derm. I do have some cystic acne now but not at all bad but I still want to get rid if it. Having taken accutane before, do you think it might not worsen the acne but instead just get rid of it. Since I have already been treated on it years ago. Let me know what you think

I'm taking 80mgs a day with no sides really. Lips a little dry but nothing aquaphor can't handle. My liver values have not changed (Well, when I took anavar for a couple weeks with accutane they doubled, but that's another story). I'm going into month 5 now, things clearing up nicely.

i used it years ago and it worked wonders. it significantly increases your triglyceride levels (bad cholesterol) in your blood. You have to get blood work done every 2 weeks. i must have been very sensitive to accutane, your supposed to stay on for 6 mos, i could only stay on for 2, my tri levels were out of control. shot up to over 900, and i am not kidding. after 2 mos i was cured though. accutane is not something to fuck with on your own, get a doc to monitor your blood.
