Diarreah sucks -- but it happens once in a while immediately following a meal. Could be bad food, the flu, or a cold draft.

But are any nutrients lost other than water?

If you're keeping tabs on your p/c/f intake, its important to know to keep track of any lost numbers. Anyone know the details?

electrolytes are defnately lost (like salts etc)

not sure about anything else. wouldnt think so as when the food goes down it only get solidified in the large intestine, so any abosrbtion would have presumably taken place in the small intestine

unless what ever is giving u diarrohea is interfering with absorbtion.

When you're sliding into first and you feel a big burst, diarrhea, diarrhea.

When you're sliding into 3rd and you feel a big turd, diarrhea, diarrhea.

When you're climbing up a ladder and you hear something spladder, diarrhea, diarrhea.

:D

The biggest problem is dehydration. You can lose ALOT of water, so make sure you drink up if you have the runs.
