here are my cutting thoughts!!!!

Opinions please

Thermorexin+ Glucorell + Yohimburn DF

along with fina 75mgED-anavar and Ldex

problem areas very thick skin-side chest fat-upper abdominal fat

low carb hi-pro diet

cardio 1 hour 6 days a week treadmill 10 incline at 3.8mph

current stats-5'7" 213lb bf 15-18

went to 174 at 8% last year but still not shredded

btw- i am not fat the 213 lbs is basically solid-have 53 inch chest 19 inch arms and 30 in quads just cannot get ultra shredded

even used gh for 8 months

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bump it up

c'mon people help me out

ulter's opinion is-it looks real good maybe add some p-7 orange

Thermorexin Glucorell Yohimburn DF all work very well, and along with fina and anavar sounds great. as long as you do the cardio, and eat a decent diet, you should shed some fat and probly gain some muscle.

Have you tried Lesenyurmouth? It's amazing for losing fat.

You may never be shredded no matter how much you diet and exercise. And even if you did, you couldn't maintain it for very long.

Ever wonder what Brad Pitt would look like if he seriously trained? The guy has the most freakishly low bodyfat I've ever seen. But you can diet till you drop and you'll never look like that. Genetics my friend. Genetics.

"A bulldog doesn't get to look like greyhound by eating like one."

the new super diet drug "lesenyurmouth" haha now thats priceless.
but damn your stats sound great. 53" chest and 30" quads is some good size. it may just take you a while longer to drop the fat than others. keep up with the diet and you should get results you'll be happy with

Damn you Nelson!!!! The truth hurts so bad. Maybe some people just were not meant to be shreded, shit!!!! I'm off to get some Ben and Jerrys.

im one of those guys who will probly never be cut, never been skiny, always bulky, but ive lost 20lbs of fat in 3 months, and im gonna keep goin and attemp the impossible.

Seriously though, I doubt that I could ever get shreded. I have been chunky my whole life, but I've always been athletic, played football, wrestled. I love cardio with a passion. In some of my earlier post I complain about being too bloated to do cardio. I just think that it's in my genes to be big. I'm really starting to believe that if it was meant for me to be cut, I would have been born that way. But I hope that all of you bros who believe that you can achieve it, go for it, by all means. I'm just tired of chasing a dream that in all reality probably isn't going to come true, now I have to finish this icecream. Damn you Nelson.

Fat is the enemy, just lose it ... don't make excuses. Drop the ice cream and donuts and the fat will melt away. Even the fattest of fat people should have no excuse to getting to 10%ish, it becomes hard when you get to the single digits ...

Bro, thats not true for all. My body hoards fat, it would rather loose muscle than give up its fat stores. If I do loose weight, which I have done in the past, it always comes back, sort of a genetic set point. Now I can get big and strong easy, just not cut.

"A bulldog doesn't get to look like greyhound by eating like one."

Not a flame/just a rebuttle Nelson....

I can appreciate your "realistic and grounded" advice for SHAPE but this is NOT entirely true. These kind of blanket statements can crush someone's willpower bro!

If any of us was 100% SATISFIED with our GOD-given physiques and/or genteic profiles.....NOT ONE of us would be on these boards and trying to manipulate his/ger body shapes by diet/exercise/supps/gear!!!

NOT "Accepting" normality and buying into complacency and self-satisfaction is what sets us bodybuilders apart from the rest of the world.

Again....unrealistic goals can NOT be achieved BUT....keep THIS in mind:

- Willpower/relentless desire to achieve this unachievable can only make you reach far beyong----genetic potential!!! So let's not SQUASH this for out fellow bb's!!!

- What is "realistic".....and who determines this???? I'd say SHAPE controls this one!!!!

Ever hear of mind over matter accomplishing incredible inhuman feats!?? Bullshit???? I disagree.

SHAPE: good luck trying to get to 5% and hell.....even compete one day!

What's the WORST that can happen-----you only get to 7%???

Gee......what a let down ;)

nelson,

"lesenyurmouth"

LOL

My diet is very clean

do not get me wrong i'm a fairly seasoned BB

and i am not saying that i do not get in pretty good shape-but i thougth at 174 8% BF i should have been alot harder than i was with my stats-I was not a super skinny 174 carrying no muscle structure

just looking for the combo to get me to 4-5% I can do the cardio all day long

is it back to gh???

is it more cardio??

what is everyones opinion on cardio where your HR is above 65% max your are burning muscle and not fat????

when you do cardio is your goal target HR for fat burning or just balls to the wall and burn as many calories as you can???

drveejay

thanks alot for that response it is much appreciated

i have competed before and actually won-but it was at a local level and years ago-my size won me the contests-today i am considering moving up the contest level where size alone will not win you anything???

i got out of the game for many years for business purposes, got married, had a baby-

but now 30 years old and supposedly at the prime "muscle maturity" age for competition. just need the 4-5% BF combo-I know everyones body is different and genetics definitely play part but I am positive there is a combo out there for me

your total caloric intake should be your bodyweight times 12 to start, might have to bring it down as you lose fat, try to keep your total fat intake low as well, focusing on omega-3s

Bullshit! My genetics are very shitty, but because I always eat meals containing high protein, moderate carbs and fats 6 times a day I remain ripped to da bone.

Always stay on your diet, do daily 30 min. cardio and everyone can stay ripped. With or without genetics.

I used to say that cause I was always fat, but then I actually dieted. You only keep gaining the fat back afterwards cause you go above your maintanence. You can't expect to diet down but after that eat everything in sight and still keep your weight.

Losing some muscle while dieting is inevatable, but if you make sure your diet is high in protein and maybe add some gear to the mix you should do fine. :) I just lost about 30lbs on low carb or no carb diets in 2.5months or so, so it can be done ...

Thats admirable, but losing weight and keeping weight off are two totally different things, and if it were that easy, people wouldn't constantly be dieting, they would lose the weight and keep it off. I'm just tired of the whole diet roller coaster. I'm by no means a fat ass, just not ripped or cut. Every bodys body is different. This is not an excuse, just the truth. Like Nelson said, a bulldog dosnt become a greyhound just by eating like one. I'm a bulldog, and no amount of dieting is going to change that.

I know a few people who truly have bad genetics, there stats are nothing like yours Shape. It sounds to me like you have pretty good genetics you just are a bit endomorphic with a propensity to hold onto fat. Like Nelson said it has a lot to do with genetics as far as set point bodyfat. But at the same time I think that applies more to people who are sedentary and don't watch what they eat. Bodybuilders are empowered by there knowledge of training, diet, supps, and gear. You can get very lean, it will just be harder. You won't have as much room for error as someone who has Brad Pitt's metabolism, but then again you don't weigh 160 pounds either. Good luck bro, I'm pulling for you!

i beleave just about anyone can get solid, although the amount of pharmacutical assistance needed will vary greatly from one individual to the next
