Absolute Must Supplements ???

Just curious to what you guys think, so please give your opinions…

What supplements do you guys consider a absolute must to take when on a bulking cycle ???

Just curious because I think I could be doing a little better in this department…

i honestly think creatine is. for me anyways. it helps me recover really well. and FOOD FOOD FOOD
 
Yep, defintitly food! If really nailing the workouts and eating loads, then ginger root is great, as absorb more protein and also is anti-oxident. I like r-ala when bulking too, you still get all your calories but more goes into your muscles than on as fat.

Hey wootoom, how's your progress going? Still doing var cycle after var cycle, you must be up to about 150mg ED now :D

I've just started test/tren cycle and am going to finsh on 3 weeks of var just to help solidfy gains and take me right up to pct.

hey paul whats up. i havent been on one for awhile. i want to try var and primo. ill keep you updated bro. take it easy. what have you been up to?
 
For me after real food, Protein, multivites, glutamine peptides. (no creatine for me since it does absolutely nothing to me. Still waiting for something new).
 
I hope it helps you. I have bad joint pain also, have been on glucosamine/chondritin for over a year & can tell no relief at all. Disappointing, because I had read good things about it.

Just waiting for my tren to kick in!!! Lets get aggressive (in the gym)!, I'll let you know how it goes, only been on last week.

B-Complex (taken with a whey shake before bed)

Anti-E (as needed)
AI (as needed)
Dostinex (as needed)

While cutting:
Some of the above

Chelated Multimineral, Multivitamin, whey protein supplementation (only because one cannot consume enough high-quality food get the requisite amount of protein).
