I live in NY..the only time anyone other then my girl sees my abs is in the summer when i can take my shirt off. Seems to me like you are shooting yourself in the foot if you are too concerned with your abs in the offseason........Ive tried it, it's hard........what it comes down to is not eating enouigh. Plenty of times I cut myself off after one serving because I'm too concerned with leaness.....its a sick sick sick sick disease......I'm slowly learning........
