to have good lookin abs and obliques obviously it helps to work them more than 5%... i eat tons of fastfood (quiznos, chicken burgers) and workout the abs 4-5nights a week and ive still got a flat, ripped stomach... than again abs also have something to do with your body structure, whether your lean or bulky will determine how easily you can get abs
