Abs sore from pullups?

Hey guys, just incorporated body weight exercises into my routine on my cardio days and I do pullups, dips, and push ups. Did them on Tuesday and my abs are ridiculously sore. Any explanation for this or is it just from the stretching motion of the exercises?
 
i'd suggest you are cheating a bit and bending at the waist to kinda climb up to complete the pullup, hence leaving your core sore

Why dips and push-ups?

When I do pull ups, i dangle my legs. Looks kinda silly but oh well

yeah i do too
but i say fuck it with pullups, if you gotta cheat, cheat to get the rep.
it's not like cheating a sq were you could severly hurt yourself.
with pullups, imo, it's all about getting the rep

No doubt. If you want some jacked up abds and some good cardio bang out a couple of high rep kipping sets of chins. That shit wears me out. Weighted chins always blast my abds.
