abs, post your favorite work outs

Alright guys im staring to do cardio pretty havy now but i want bulky abs. Im 190 14%bf and i want my obliques and my upper abs to be bulky. I dont want the washboard flat abs. Can any body give sugg. im on 375 teste and 300 eq a week. in 2nd week by the way
 
ive always held a 25 or in your case a 35lb weight and concentrated on side cruches, from a standing position, for my obliques

Start on a decline bench, slowly lower yourself until your around halfway down, to the point where you feel the most resistance. Hold that for a slow count of 5, then slowly bring yourself back up. That's one rep, aim for say 5 sets of 5 reps, to start, once you can do that, either add more reps or start to add weight. My abs now stick out to the point where I can see them pretty well even when carrying a lot of bodyfat. This was taught to me by a nationally ranked powerlifter, as a means of strengthening my abs to improve my squat, so it has that benefit as well as building wicked looking abs.
 
It sounds like you thought things through a lot before going on a cycle, and a fine example of responsible steroid use you are indeed.

I like to juggle 5lb dumbbells standing on a BOSU to fully engage my core, when I'm on tren I swap the dumbbells for small children (who I eat after I've finished my workout)

I almost pissed myself when I read this. Do you feel the BOSU Ball gives you more stability in real life than the Swiss Ball......I was going to confer with my PT on this.

Original poster, you're far too lazy. Try taking a look at the sticky or people's journals. Oh, and if you'd read the sticky, you would've found, in addition to an exercise database and the Needsize abs description, this rather interesting thread.
 
I came to the conclusion BOSU is besterest - but only after months of painstakingly researching the methods of Tony Little and Richard Simmons. Long nights alone watching infomercials and field work in Bally observing the effect wobbling around on a piece of rubber had on 300lb chicks led me to believe they were onto something...

But what clinched it was seeing Celebrity Trainer Gunnar Peterson on E!'s Hottest Hollywood Bods putting Tobey McGuire through a gruelling series of hippity hoppety arm waving things.

I love the great debate we have on this forum sometimes!
 
well thanks but this is my first time in this thread. Im tired of doing medicine ball and crunches, all the basics you no? I no my stats suck but i had arm problems a while back so progress is slow to come by.
 
Tweakle, Toby McGuire was JACKED in Sea Buscuit and Spider Man, do you know how much D-Bol he was using? i was gonna take out a loan and hire Gunnar Peterson, he even got Oprah jacked.

BCA21.....just do full range, weighted ab work. Crunches are gay. Try the needsize abs....or weighted decline situps, work over a full range of motion. Once you can do 4 sets of 15, add a little weight, then when you get all 4 sets for 15, add more weight. Try twice a week at first. Heavy, full-range, and high volume are key.

Hanging leg raises with weights on ankles ... 5 x 8

Decline sit-ups with plate on chest ... 5 x 8

Standing side bends with bare Olympic bar across shoulders ... 100 reps
 
My stomach hurts from all the dextrose. Don't fucking mention ab work.
