I spend about 5 minutes (maybe 7) three times a week at most. Abs are a highly conditioned muscle so you can train them more often. I do heavy weighted lifts once perweek the other times i just do regular crunch work or hanging leg raises. ABs are more about diet and BF% than about how you train them IMO.
