Hi guys im new to the boards, been lurking for a longg time though as i've not had much to offer.
I'm 26
about 96kg (don't know what that is in pounds)
been training for a solid 8 years (first 3-4 years were bad nutrition )
bodyfat : no idea to be honest but i'd like to say about 10-12% as i've got all 4 abs showing (dont have bottom 2, its just flat)
I've cycled quiet abit, and now have decided that i won't be coming off gear.
I currently am on 750mg test-eth and it's about week 10, 2-3 more weeks after this i plan on running
150-250mg test eth?
my question was
is 150 to low? 250mg to high?
I've read from a few other threads that i should be donating blood once i finish my (blast which is cycling higher doses then my cruise right)?
Just a little worried and confused on this topic
i do wanna have kids in about 3-4 years
just wanted general advice, tips and precautions i should be taking on this path. (pros and cons would be good but i'm sure i'll find them in another thread)
