? about the 5x5 routine that Needsize recommended

Of those that use this routine, Are you still just hitting mucsle once a week and how long does the routine take to complete.?

Does not seem like the workouts would be that long. Can someone lay their typical week out to me so I can see?

When I do it I hit each muscle 1x per week. Each workout takes me between 1 - 1 1/2 hours, depending on which on it is.
 
just did my first workout doing the 5x5 theory. Did biceps and was a lot better pump than I thought it would be. Took about 1 hour.

i had to drop it. my back was fugged up off it. however i never workout lower back. im gonna strenghen up my lower back then hit the program up again full fucking throttle
