about ketosis and timing of foods eaten please help

hey guys does it matter if i have a lil cool whip b4 bed and all day i have under 25 grams of carbs will that lil bit of cool whip which contains 1 gram of cornsyrup(sugar) and 2 carbs stop my fat burning proceess while i sleep? if you can help that would be ok...its not like i eat junk food but i am wondring if that wull get stored as fat
 
Hey Missy, (are you the missy from the beverly board). IF you are watching all day - it probably wont kill you. However, before bed you want to really watch your simple sugar intake. Cool whip has a low nutrient density per calorie. But if you think you must have your simple sugar , have it right after your workout in your postworkout meal followed by some quality protein. peace.
