You obviously have not done your homework prior to starting GH therapy and did not research all of the side effects of GH use. What you are experiencing is called lethargy. Read.

Stay on the HGH and not worry about the tiredness (its a side that will go away).....I never said don't worry about hypoglycemia---I said if your blood glucose levels get below 70 (hypo)---then get some carbs/fluid in you.......R-ALA mimics insulin which would help you get further hypoglycemic if you are too low..........

i meant to say i dont eat candy or drink soda or eat foods with alot of sugars in it .so i should check my blood sugar levels then?? ,i got really out of it the last two days .the only thing i did diffrent was shoot in the am as soon as i woke up .be4 that i would shoot in the mid morning then again in the after noon or early pm .thx again for your help .i have done my home work with hgh and have done it be4 ,but this is jinrotropin i have never used it be4 and saw other posts about the same problem .and i got worried about hypo and i want to make sure that i dont get sick .i want to stay on for a long period for antiageing....thx jroxxx
