? about doing AM & PM cardio and lifting all in same day

Gonna be doing 2 sets of cardio daily one in the AM on an empty stomach, and one in the PM after meal number 5. I am going to be eating 6 times a day.

On days where I lift in addition to the cardio, when should I lift? I have a free schedule for the summer, so I can lift whenever. So the basic day plan will look like this. Eating every 2-3 hours.

Empty stomach AM cardio

1. meal 1

2. meal 2

3. meal 3

4. meal 4

5. meal 5

6. PM cardio

7. meal 6

Should I just lift weights after meal 5 then do cardio directly after? Or should I throw the lifting into more of mid-day?

I am going to be doing the same thing, I'm already doing AM cardio on a empty stomach and im going to add PM cardio for 30 mins for the next 3 weeks since im going on vacation and want to lose that last bit of fat. I plan on doing the evening cardio after my workout, hoping that after a moderately intense workout my glycogen stores have been depeleted allowing for more fat burning from the cardio.

I'd do it between 3-4, or 4-5 if at all possible. Wherever you do it, try and lift before your last cardio session, but after eating enough to where you have somewhat replenished the glycogen stores of your muscles/liver lost due to the AM cardio session.

So should I lift then do cardio directly after? Or should I lift, eat, wait 2 hours, and then do the final cardio?

I run in the morns. and only do PM cardio on non training days. Unless you are going to run, go home for an hour or 2 to eat, then go back and lift (or vise versa) you are going to put yourself in a big catabolic state on your training days (IMO).
