ruggermu New member Jun 14, 2005 #1 Well, yesterday I was able to do barbell bench for the first time since I had shoulder trouble. I kept it kinda light to see what happened. No pain yesterday and fine today.

MsBeverlyHills New member Jun 14, 2005 #2 I also used to have a more shoulder-dominant bench press.. you really have to re-learn the lift to keep the stress on the pecs/off the delts. good work rugger
