able to do barbell bench again!

Well, yesterday I was able to do barbell bench for the first time since I had shoulder trouble. I kept it kinda light to see what happened. No pain yesterday and fine today.
 
I also used to have a more shoulder-dominant bench press.. you really have to re-learn the lift to keep the stress on the pecs/off the delts.

Right on! I still get a bit of pain in my right shoulder, but I've set a personal best yesterday. Keep up the good work!

I just started my conditioning for Rugby (personal team don't meat tillAugust) and remembered, how's the prep for 7's coming?

Great!! No injuries- the regular team season just ended so 7s should be out there soon :)
