Abdominal cramping

Been having some problems with severe abdominal cramps when working out or playing sports. Doctor ran 3 labs and all of my electrolytes were good, but he did mention that my muscle enzymes were elevated. Anyone else have problems with this? All feedback is highly appreciated.
 
I used to have this problem if I didn't have anything to eat or drink before games. I would always eat something small or drink some gatoraid and this would help the problem (but this would go back to your electrolytes) Then I was told to try eating a banana before a compitition and this would always prevent cramping. Try this a couple times and see how it works. Never eat too much as it will upset you during comp.
 
not saying this is an issue but alcohol and cocaine often cause abdominal pain and discomfort... I'm just trying to see how your life outside of the gym is like.

Yes, that's a valid question, but I don't use any recreational drugs and am not much of a drinker. Thanks for the feedback, bro.
 
I had some problems with my abs cramping. One time I got a cramp in my ab while in practice, one ab popped out the size of the end of a pop can you could see it through my shirt. I wish the other abs would have popped out like that it would have been cool. My coach made sure like yoop33 said eat a bananna and drink plent of water. It never really happened after that.
