Abcess Question - DSH89 Advice plz? anyone?

DSH89 - question for you....

I injected 2-3 ccs (1 cc NPP and 2 cc's Viromone Prop) into each glute a few weeks ago and developed a lump in each. I believe the culprit was the NPP (Dubol 100) that was 4 months expired or it just may have been too much oil. During my next scheduled injections, upon aspirating I pulled out blood and yellowish-white pus. I obviously immediately stopped all glute injections and waited it out. Since then, both lumps have gotten MUCH smaller and I have tried aspirating them both but nothing comes out. I have even injected into each again-but only 1 cc each time. Right now there is just a small hardened area in each glute. There is absolutely no pain and no symptoms of infection at all. My question is do I have to worry about those small hardened lumps?? Will the body reabsorb them or will it stay there and develop into a problem in the future?? I appreciate your advice on the subject!

I would go see a doctor. Aspirating puss is a sign of a problem. It's not worth the risk.

Why would you inject into it again? leave it alone, massage it and if it doesn't hurt it'll go away. Inject in another area

Yeah and it could just be that it was some oil that was not completely absorbed. It doesn't sound like an abscess, but that does not mean that there is not an infection present.
A lot of times you can develop lumps that take longer to absorb. If you have the means available, seeing a doctor is not a bad idea. If you want to wait it out, inject in delts or in the vastus lateralis(outer thigh), and keep an eye on the spot. It there are red streaks coming away from the lump, pain, it becomes red and or raised, develops ahead, go to a doctor immediately.

Thanks for all the feedback - I did not reinject into the glutes until about 2 weeks had passed....and just to reiterate - I have absolutely no symptoms whatsoever that are indicative of infection...the initial blood and pus was several weeks ago...now its just the lumps..which have shrunk about 90%....I ws just wondering what the hardness was...hardened pus?? Anyway...thanks for the advice..and I have been injecting into my quads...I just wish I knew if that NPP was bad cause I hate throwing it out....
