abb injection

who injects into the abbs. i couldnt find it on spot injections i wanted to see a picture of it. do you do it upper or lower. i have injected in the lower left side of my abb before i personally liked it

Sub Q = a subcutaneous (SQ) Injection

Injection simply into a "pinch" of fat or tissue, but not into the muscle,

great for growth injections

Yea, ab shots sound crazy, just like forearm shots. I would never try either.
