The numbers refer to how hard the exercise works your abdominal muscles compared to a traditional crunch. The traditional crunch is given a benchmark of 100.
TRADITIONAL CRUNCH = 100
AB-ONE = 126
PERFECT ABS ROLLER = 96
TORSO TRACK = 70
ABS SCISSOR = 64
6 SECOND ABS = 63
AB SWING = 35
There are a few that weren't tested, but hopefully this gives those who are looking into buying one of these a heads up.
