I'm on my 12th week of sust 350/eq 400 and my pulse gets a little high, but no higher than normal. I cross train on the eliptical for 20-30 minutes a day and my pulse is anywhere from 155 to 172. When it gets around 172, I slow down a bit until it levels itself out..The more cardio you do, the better your pulse will be (slower). Also, your pulse will be raised slightly over the next few hours..nothing to be concerned over.
