AAS and injuries

Does this ever happen to any of you? Everytime I get on AAS I end up pulling something, and for example I was reping out 275 3*8 on incline and I was fine but on my next exercise where I was just doing 75 lb dumbells I pulled my upper peck right where it connects with the shoulder, I am really frustrated I wanna start a new cycle but this is holding me back. Also when I am off cycle I max on bench and I am talking about strugling to get the weight of my chest and I will be fine no injuries or whatsoever, but if I do same weight while on cycle eventhough I can lift it more times I will end up pulling something. Any advice? BTW I can be taking as little as 2CC of any test and same thing will happen.
Where am I messing up?

Being on cycle has a very profound psychological effect. Meaning a lot of guys try to do too much too soon. Remember that it's a marathon, not a sprint

That's why I have moved to lighter lifting. I've turned into an aesthetics guy, not into slanging as much weight as possible anymore. Since I've started focusing on range of motion, rhythm, tension, etc... I've had a pretty significant change in my physique.

It was hard to let my strength ego go at first, but soon after my aesthetics ego replaced it and I have no problems lifting lighter weights and higher reps.

Best of all, I've remained injury free... And I've had a lot of injuries in the past.

If you are a power lifter, then that's a whole different story and obviously doesn't apply to you.
