Hey guys, I was wondering if AAS harm the bodies healing process? I am just off meniscal surgery about 3-4 weeks. I am training 5 days a week upper body, high reps, and physical therapy. I wanted to start a winstrol test e cycle. Any advice on this?

coming off knee surgery i dunno why you would even consider running a cycle, how are you gonna train your legs? squats/deadlifts?

and are you really 5 6 and 215 with 17% bf? seems hard to believe someone who has been training for 6 years to be that size. if you are then you must be a genetic freak.

'SOME' AAS will impede the healing process. Testosterone and Winstrol are probably the worst things you can take if you are looking to heal your meniscus. Both of these AAS will hinder collagen synthasis and in your case you need this synthasis to heal the tendon. If I were you I would let your body heal on it's own b/c you are still young and have plenty of natural GH production to heal this surgery with no problems.

IF you a dead set on taking AAS and this is not your first cycle then Deca, EQ, Primo, Anavar, DBol will all create positive collagen synthasis and 'could' help with the healing process. If you decide to cycle Deca then be VERY careful b/c this can open up a whole new can of worms for you bro... Again, if you are dead set on this then I might try some Anavar or Primo if this is your first cycle.

Alight. This is not my first cycle. It would be my second inject cycle, I did a 12 week Test E only about a yr ago. I have done oral cycles in the past. I will prob. plan on not doing anything for the time being. This would prob. be the smartest way to go until I am fully back 100%. Thank you

17% BF? I thought that was really bad. How does that make me a genetic freak? 6 yrs, 3-4 of them I was on and off.

When I got hurt lifting during my cycle, it made my healing process faster, compared to getting hurt off cycle. However, I am not a doctor all I can do is share my experience.

I think he was referring to the fact that you are 5'-6" and 215lbs, of which mostly would be comprised of muscle if you are only 17% bf. Yeah, 17% isn't that great but at least you have a lot of muscle.

I mean when I see myself I see a big fat kid. But its more of a motivational thing to keep a solid diet and train harder. To Me 17% is horrible. I am cutting now so when my knee gets 100% i will def start a new cycle.

Personal Bests: bench 315X4reps, Incline: 295X3 reps, Military: 235x4xreps, deadlift: 375x6 reps, squat:225x20 reps.

Those aren't great but time will make them better.

Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

well I am your height and I am 180. and I consider myself built. and my bf is 15%. so you must be carrying a lot of muscle. like 40 or so pounds of more muscle then i have.

not saying you are lying but a pic would be awesome to get a better idea of your body structure... there was an old poster on here who was 5 5 and 240 some pounds so i know its possible, but seems very rare.
