great movie I'm pretty sure most of you here have watched it, Do you guys think this movie can be seem as lifestyle to follow?

Depends whether you want that.

If you want to be a bodybuilder in life - go for it. Personally for me its just a hobby which takes up a lot of my time, but doesnt take over my life.

Bodybuilding 100% is a lifestyle. Bodybuilding isn't like other sports where you can participate in the activity a couple times per week.

With bodybuilding, it's all encompassing because your diet, recovery, sleep etc all play such a significant role.

Dorian Yates is one of the best bodybuilders of all time. If your goal is to be a bodybuilder, he would be a good person to emulate.

He would be a great guy to follow if you are serious about being a top level competitor. He is one of the best ever. Great movie as well. I always find it interesting to see what these guys do.

If you want to achieve high levels in this sport, you really need to dedicate yourself to it - there is no in-between in bodybuilding. I love it, but I love my family more, and since bodybuilding is not paying my living, I also have to work. So I really like it, but it is not the top priority in my life. However, the movie is interesting, no matter how you look at it.
