hey guys i was wondering if you could give me a moment of your time. i am doing a cycle of var at 50mg/ed for 8 weeks and i am doing the last 3 weeks at 60mg/ed. but i ran into a wall at the very beginning of my last three weeks. i got really bad forearm pains. it is hard to lift weights. so i was thinking of doing cardio for a week or two. i dont want to lose any muscle loss even though var is suppose to not let that happen. will i loss muscle if i do cardio or will it be good for me to take a break????? thanks for your time looking forward to hear from you. have a good day everyone. oh and by the way my diet will still be in check at about 350-400 grams of protein a day. clean calories at that.

First of all you need to address the pains in your forearms. When do they occur, what excercises and how much weight causes pain. Then you can modify your workout around that if possible

Cardio will only help retain muscle if it's high intensity, in which case it boosts test. If you're already on test that may not have much of an effect.

Cardio is definitely not essential. Weight training is. Try to find some way to work around the forearm thing or eliminate exercises that aggrovate it.
