I am a big believer in playing AI's by ear. don't just take them unnecessarily. if you start bloating up then take a low dose. you don't ever want to kill your estrogen

Correct, this is mainly for cycle support ,primarily liver protector,however it has a full dose of forged liver support included, also excellent to run thru PCT also to secure those gains!

You are correct Steve ,some do not realize that a little Estrogen is needed for growth.
