Have a Hot Toddy -- heat hot water in a cup/mug in the 'wave....add honey, lemon if desired & Gin or Vodka.... It's an old-fashioned remedy but WILL help you feel better....... You can also add the honey & Gin to tea if you want.....

Try it, you'll feel better..... trust me!
