A theory on how to bulk AND cut the same cycle

I know you can't put on muscle and lose fat at the same time (and by that I mean the same given second or hour, NOT in an 8-week period... don't argue with me :)), so most people just do bulking or cutting cycles.

Here's my idea for a 6-weeker that does both... Assuming short esters like tren acetate and test prop.

Weeks 1 & 2 - cut. The gear won't have taken full effect to be maximally anabolic yet, but will be anticatabolic enough even after just a few days to allow you to cut at a caloric deficit w/o risking muscle.

Week 3 - diet @ maintenance. Allow your thyroid to upregulate, prolly build a bit of muscle and get out of "cutting" mode.

Weeks 4 & 5 - bulk. 'Nuff said. Gear will be at peak concentrations.

Week 6 - cut again. Lose some of that blubber from the last two weeks, and lose it while there's still gear in the system to avoid post-cycle muscle loss. Hit the cardio like crazy.

Post-cycle eat at maintenance again.

Just a thought. Comments? (btw I'm at the end of wk 1 of a fina/prop/winny cycle... while technically this is just a cutting cycle, I might try bulking for a week just to experiment... but that's beside the point).

There are many ways to gain BM while reducing BF. One would be bulk 5 days, cut 2. Bulk 7 days cut 5. Bulk 14 days cut 7 and so on. It is possible and It works. It all depends in if you are on gear, what kind of diet, how many cals per day you eat and of course what bodytype you have. I like bulking for 14 days followed by a week very low calories(high protein, low fat, low carbs) to get rid of the fat I've gained during the 14 days bulk. One week cutting with a very low calorieintake will not, for me atleast, result in muscle loss.
 
yeah, i used to do 5 days of low cal/maintenence cal eating....then go hog wild on the weekends. always keeping protein up at least to 1.5gram per lb bodyweight EVERY day. i'd workout during the week, and make sure i got a ton of calories post w/o.....but keep it low cal the rest of the day. then just load up on the weekendj all day. kinda felt funny to be going low cal on w/o days.....and going cal heavy on the wkends, but so long as you take care of the post w/o part of things right and get your protein the rest of the day....it seemed to work. i'll think of some other crazy scheme similar coming up next. right now i am just doing the cut diet (X12 bodyweight multiplier) and have a cheat day every 6-9 days. also works well for me, but for cutting.....not gaining lean mass w/o fat.
