shot of water....scoop or two of optimum's double chocolate....customary milk....add some chocolate syrup for like sundae's/ice cream and MAN that makes for a good tasting shake.

Plus...after liftin...the sugar is good for you when mixed in the shake.

anybody else?
 
PW Meal!!

Just curious to those who train at night 5pm range....after your PW shake, what does your meal consist of? Either you CKDers or Bulkers....just curious......been getting very ill from eating after training....just curious...
 
I start about 4-4:15 ...out about 5-5:15pm. PW shake then sometime between 6:40-7:00pm Its dinner.

Something like 6-8oz chicken breast or some other meat, a green veggie and 7oz red skin or sweet potato. If I've already hit my target carb intake for the day, it's just the meat and green veggies.
