For a couple of weeks ive instead of a gainer taken a serving EAA and 2 bananas, after workouts.
One friend told me that that would be better than a gainer.
Then an hour after that i ussuly eat a serving whit fast acting carbs, like white pasta or a couple of more bananas.
Some say gainers are the best and some say this and that and yadayadayada....
that got me thinking, 2 questions:
1. What is best, a gainer whit 30 grams of protein and 60 grams of carbs, or some EAA and 60 grams of carbs on the side?
2. Is fast acting carbs better than low GI carbs after a workout?
(keep in mind that ivve already have had a meal, the bananas and eaas)
