I don't necessarily "schedule" it all the time, but once a week I try and go off my diet completely and eat whatever. I worry though about how much one day will set me back in the gym. I've heard something along the lines that the thyroid will slow down or stop (I have no idea what it does) if you don't overeat, though.
Does anyone know how often you should maybe "cheat" to keep that from happening. Personally, I don't ever feel like cheating for an entire day, and I would think that as long as I'm not having uncontrollable cravings, I'm doing well. Any thoughts?
