A sad love story

I have not posted here in a while, why....Two weeks ago my girlfriend of three years, the girl I was going to marry, left me. We have been doing the long distance thing for a while and I guess she couldn't take it any more. The fd up part is I have never gotten a breakup call, nothing.

I was the best guy in the world 2 her, im talking roses, poetry, long walks on the beach, $$$ dinners, not to mention I drove three hours to see her every 2 weeks. I work out, dress nice, look good, just goes to show you, you can do it all and they will still leave. Now I hear she's got a new man 2 boot... well I guess im just venting but I don't get woman sometimes. She doesn't even want a friendship, I guess this is life....

Sometimes it is best not to analyze it bro... you'll just end up overthinking and wondering what you did wrong. It is hard to take advice when you are actually wearing the shoes, but just put it behind you. Maybe find someone else... it sucks, but getting laid always helps me. :)

There are alot of break ups on this board?

Damn bro... I can relate about girls and long distance... yeah, if you give yourself 110% to a girl, and open your heart up to 'er, then you surely risk that sharp, naseaus, butterfly empty feeling...horrible shit.

Only advice I can give is do your best to think of the postives of the breakup. For me, the real postive I found was that since I'm a pretty goodlookin guy, I can go ahead and run through a ton of young vaginas...nothin' else to do really.

Women have a little problem called estrogen, and it makes them unpredictable and illogical...it's actually quite disgusting and pathetic when you think about it.

I just happen to be pretty fucking irritated myself at women...no offense, but the more I see, the more ridiculous I think they are. Only a couple real good ones out there.
 
men have no right to be mad at chicks for shit like that. we do the same shit to them. we arent worse but we do the same shit. you lost. she didnt like you.

Long distance just plain sucks. Sometimes the promise of the future isn't enough for the right now. Been there, done that, lost a part of myself on the last one. But life goes on.

Listen, dude, I'm sure you will find someone 100 times better than her, someone who WILL appreciate what you want to give.

Women are weird. I don't understand them myself.

May be the long distance relationship was too hard for her, I know something like that would be hard for me, I'd want someone close to me, it wouldn't matter if they came to see me every two weeks (mind you that was a marvellous effort), I'd want someone there everyday.

Cheer up dude it's not the end of the world :)

I know SKC. Hell, maybe you won't you know? But one thing I learn more and more the older I get, sometimes the world is just not fair. Or, it is fair, but we can't comprehend the reason.

For your sake, I hope it all works out well for you though! :^) True love will (normally GRRRRRRR) prevail over anything. (GRRRR)
 
Yes we all have sad love stories..... I'm just glad i didn't do anything stupid at that time......its one of lifes lessons-more to follow!!! RADAR

like an initiator.

Simply put.

Frankly, it sounds as if she was just "tired"
of having the same BF all-the-time.

Unbelievably, women actually KEEP a list of people they
go out with.........<I cracked up when my new flat-mate
showed me her "black book".

There's really nothing much you can do now. She basically
dumped you using the "I need space" excuse........

and that she hopes to hear fro me soon with love

First off...Moneybags....lay off the idiocy for a second bro...this guy here is hurting.....ok..now that thats over with....bro i tried this long distance relationship thing once....the break up hurt real bad.....same kind of story as yours....same ending...and the girl even strung me along too...tell her, if you want, that yes we can still be friends...then everytime you get laid make sure to mention it to her...she'll realize that you've moved on and then you will have come out of the situation a winner...maybe the revenge thing is wrong, but it just feels so damn good :D
