I would just like to thank everyone here on this training forum. Thx to all the people who are quick to help with questions, thx to all the people who post new routines or their own custom routines, thx to all the people who post their prs, or even their tries and misses, thx to all the people who ask question and are willing to listen to what other have to say and actually take the advice of people on here. Everyone here is quick to help and really seems to enjoy this lifestyle. There is a lot of dedication and inspiration on this board, and its contagious. Thx everyone.

Awwwww, I think I'm gonna cry now!

No really, I love these boards. The more I learn, the more I realize I have to learn. I know there are a lot of people in the gym who could really use this place. I just hope that I can contribute something meaningful since I've really enjoyed the great stories, techniques, information, etc. that can be found here...not to mention all the "virtual" friends that I hope to meet in the future.;)
 
Agreed. I've only been around a a couple weeks, and I have learned a ton. I'm doing lots of exercises I never would have tried otherwise and I look forward to every workout like never before. If anyone ever gets down to Dallas (TX) I'd love to train with them and pick up some tips in person!
 
Backlash, if you want to make a short roadtrip and meet us half way, there's a bunch of us that train in Tulsa regularly. :)
 
Spatts - cool, I would love to do that. I think that's like 3 hours from here? Do you go down there on weekends and stay or just go in the morning and leave later or what?

Spatts, you're in Tulsa? I have family down there.....never been there though.

Usually we go down on a sat morning and come back that afternoon. This weekend we're training at about 4 o'clock Friday and staying there because there's an APF comp that Hannibal and many others are competing in Saturday. :)

You should come up!

this board is great, you can debater, argue or just share your thoughts and ideas. People share their experience all in hopes to just to help someone else not make their mistakes.

To everyone I give my thanks as well

Train every day, curling for hours on end in the squat rack.
Use only machines, mainly the smith machine for flat bench.
Never squat or DL.
Eat like a bird.
Get pissed off for lack of results, making statements like, "I cant gain weight no matter what I do. My metabolism is just too damn high."

Unfortunately I can't get off work for Fri on such short notice :(. How often do you go down there though? Maybe next time I can make it.

PS: I was gonna PM you but I guess you have it turned off.
