to all here on Elite. I've been reading the boards for over a year, and finally decided to join the fun. I've been training since 93 and I hope to help out with my past experiences in my training. I'm 5'9' and weighed in at 205 lbs as of today. Body fat around 12%. I am natural, but have some knowledge of A.S.
My name was originated from my great Grandfather who was a full blooded Cherokee Indian. My name means "The Wolf", which means I am sly and fast. I like to think so with the women at least.

Yesterday I made my little Brother dance by throwing knives at his feet. One time I threw a throwing star thru his big toe.

Mr. Goatslayer, you just gave me a great idea for this evenings festivities. I have bunch of friends coming over, and i think I will get them all plastered on some of my homemade wine. Then once their nice and toasty, I'll get out my throwing knives, and tell them they have untill the count of 10 before I start unloading my knives on them.
