A Quick Cynomel (T3) Refresher Course Please...

I am on week three of my test/eq cycle. I want to start t3. But I have a little confusion about the best way to do so.

It used to be thought that you should ramp up. But the reading I have done lately says you only need to ramp down. So I was wondering if my goal is to hit 100mcg a day? Should I start at that or should I start at 50 or what?

Also should you spread the pills out evenly over the day or all at once?

i have used t-3 off and on for 3 years and never had sides but that is because i ramp up slow and ramp down even slower you need to let your body adapt to the drug
 
do a search my man, this is a beat up subject that gets posted on every day. I personally learned a great deal from previous posts via the search function.
 
I've tried T3 twice, the first time I ramped up to 100mcg over a period of about 3 weeks then came back down in about the same time spreading the dosage out through the day. I never felt that shitty feeling that some people complain about while on T-3 and the fat loss was decent and strength stayed up.

The second time I used T3 I ramped up to 125mcg within five days, then slowly came back down. Now this time I took all the pills at one time and I got that shitty feeling and lost about 20% of my strength. I also lost about 15lbs which was mostly fat(I was using 500mgTest and 200mg Deca).

Warlobo made an execellent post explaining how to use T3 and I based that second cycle of it on his info and it was definately more effective than the first, oh, and with no fat rebound afterwards.
