A question about HIV testing....

If you have AIDS and u take an HIV test does will the test come out positive. Does it work vice versa?? Thank you!

Yes. You can test positive for hiv, but it can take up to 8 to 10 years before you see any signs. But yes if you have full blown aids, your hiv test will come back positive. Have you been tested? I went and got tested again last week, I didnt sleep for the week it took to come back. I was lucky mine was negative. My heart goes out to those who have to face this.
