Hi. I was thinking of creating a guide or more of a blog, documenting my journey from the beginning noob stages of working out and hopefully all the way up to Vet Gym rat.
Really if you think about it, working out can be overwhelming. I personally have been going to the gym for about 11 years on and off but haven't really taken it seriously. I'll do some cardio, lift what I want to lift then I'm out. But if you want to get great results you need to have a great routine and diet and I have neither.
The overwhelming part is there are so many different ideas on what lifts to do, when to do them and how much. Everyone has their own ideas, you get to the point of not wanting to do anything and just say fuck it.
Well my idea is to try all the routines or at least the ones that I like and the ones the elite fitness members think I should do. I'll then document my progress and give my opinions, when I'm done I'll move on to the next.
Just curious if you guys think that would be something worth trying and if so would you all be willing to give me advice and different routine suggestions?
