A newbie question I suppose

How would aas benefit a training regimen that is based around explosive training (4x 3-6 reps moving weight as fast as possible), would you see any growth or just increases in strength and speed?

Test will give you explosive power. Test will give you all kinds of power. Aggression, size, strength, brute animalistic power!

Depends a tad on what you do, but if you do a low dose Sustanon/Anavar cycle you'll be blown away by your strength and speed gains as long as you're a fitness junkie to begin with. And you'll get some pretty damn good size to go with it which you'll keep as long as your pct and workout regime is set up.

Thanks for the input guys, A lot of training we do are exercises that involve exploding upwards (push press, dynamic squat, jump squats, front squats) and we are hooked up to an electronic machine that measures bar speed. Usually we have to be over a certain speed so weights tend to be light. Here is an example of my Monday program.
Ladder/hurdle warmup w/ bench obliques and plank side holds
Box Jumps- 4x4 on 48" box
Front squats- 4x110kg 115kg 120kg 125kg > .6 avg peak velocity
Incline DB Bench- 4x70-80lbs
Renegade Rows-3x8
Barbell Rows-3x8
Hammer Curls 3x12
Sprint Workout 100%-4x30yards 2x40, 6x20

Would this qualify as a legitimate program if gear was to be used?
