A Newbie Needs Some Help!!

whats up guys, im about to engage into a 6 week cycle and am looking for advice from the veterans. I play football and am looking to bulk up during season and add the extra edge. I recieved a six week cycle from a good friend of mine ( he tells me its dinabol , they come in blue heart shaped capsules). I was originally going to take a 3 week cycle but opted to go a full 6 and see results. I am looking to start monday and have been taking milk thistle pills daily for my liver before i do this. I was told either nolvadex/clomid would be a good choice for my post cycle. I really need someone to help me out with my diet also. Im very new with this and an experieced person with information for me would be great. I need advice and any would be great, thanks.
1 - Age-18
2 - Lifting History- (bench210,squat275,powerclean180,deadlift315)
3 - Height-6'0
4 - Weight-200lbs
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...)Athletic build
6 - Diet - 2 meals a day, ADVICE PLEASE FOR BULKING
7 - Goals- to bench 100+ my weight, squat 200+. man handle anyone in my way
8 - Proposed cycle -6 week dinabol with nolvadex/clomid as post cycle

You want to get bigger and you want to turn to drugs to help you, but you are only eating two meals a day?

You have about 7 years of reading to do before you do a cycle Bro. Sorry, but that's just my opinion.
 
You need to eat and work out more. IMO, you have a lot more natural growing to go...

BTW, IMO, Dbol only cycle sucks. your proposed diet sucks, and being only able to bench your own body weight tells us that you are not ready for gear yet. Plus you should wait until your growth plates fuse.

bottom line youre too young for steroids nobody is going to embrace you here on this board, youre better off at bodybuilding.com forums pm Sikboy he is a good bro and a mod there he will help you with natty supplements, you need to research for years before you post and make yourself sound like a fool. sorry about the 3rd degree bro but thats what it takes in my experience for kids like you to get it through their heads.

train hard, take lots of protein and eat a lot of clean calories, sleep 8-10 hours a day, take some creatine

lots of legal supplements that you could grow off of, your weak for your size son you need a Great base few yars down the road then cycle and dont do an oral only noob
 
im not looking for any kind of embracing because this is obviously a serious matter, im still planning on doing the cycle , what do you guys suggest to stack it with then
 
youre not done growing yet. you could be 6-1 or 6-2, or even 6-3! if you take gear now, youll close your growth plates. what level of ball you playin/ hopefully your atleast varsity by now! what position do you play?

Testosterone.

If all you do is dbol, you will gain about 15 lbs of water, think you're a big guy for a few weeks, and then deflate like a balloon back to nothing and ur friends will laugh at you.

Something like this would be better:
Test-e 300mg EW 8-10 weeks
dbol - 30mg ED 6 weeks

But ur really to young to be fucking with juice anyways.

im a captain of my varsity team and play offensive tackle and defensive end
 
Have you tried eating 6-8 times per day and getting 4000-5000 calories per day? You could do really well on a 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat ratio with the above calories. The one thing that most people never get is that it takes extra calories to build muscle. You can't build muscle lifting and taking supplements and steroids if you only get 2000 calories per day or less. Think about it.

So if you continue what you are doing and just start taking dball, you will get A LITTLE stronger, like 10-20 pounds on your bench MAYBE, but is that what you are going for? No.

There is a 40/30/30 calculator on the web, google it. Put in 5000 calories per day and it will give you a breakdown of how many you need to get of each for each meal.

For you, breakfast needs to be a big meal. Also 2 hours before football practice a decent size meal and immediately following practice you need to eat huge. Right before your bed hits the pillow you need to eat a good size meal.

Things to include in your diet:

WHOLE eggs
Oatmeal
Chicken
Sirloin Steak
Peanut Butter
Almonds
Protein Shakes
Fast Acting carbs for before, during and after practice/games - Gatorade
Olive Oil
Fish Oil Capsules
Fruit at breakfast or in early part of morning/day
Sweet potatoes
Black Beans

Get the idea? No regular coke/pepsi and garbage food like chips, candy bars, etc.

You will be FULL on all that food, but you WILL get strong as shit. You will also have more energy than you have ever had especially during practice, games, and lifting.

I was honorable mention all-state linebacker my senior year at 160 pounds! I wish someone had told me how important food was back then. I was so scared of getting hurt being so small that I learned to hit the other player harder than he hit me and I would be fine. So I fucking leveled people. For all I know it saved my ass. But you have a chance to get some real solid advice on here. Use it and you will better this season than you ever thought.

Besides 6 weeks of dball only takes you to game 6 or 7 and the full effects would be about that time as well. You wouldn't be getting much help with it through games 1-2. They would all be shit if you keep eating 2 meals a day anyhow. What about games 8 and 9 and if you make the playoffs? You can't take the dball that long.

So start eating like a champ and you will be taking the most anabolic substance (food) all the way into state's and into the remainder of the year.

Just fucking listen to these guys.

If you take steroids now, your bones will not grow bigger and you will never play Div 1 ball or beyond it's your choice. Either your school is small or everyone is weak. I played varsity S. Safety at 5'5" 140 and I benched 225 & squat 315.

Here is what you need to do, learn how to eat. You should be eating 5-6 meals a day and consuming, I would estimate, 4000 cal total per day. If you are only eating twice a day and some of that is McDonalds you wont gain anything on gear.
 
Well these guys are right. Without diet and training in place steroids are a waste of time, money and could lead to certain side effects that have already been stated. So I won't beat a dead horse. Everyone here tried to warn you but it sounds like your going to do it anyway. I did the same exact same thing when I was your age. The only thing I regret is not researching enough before I started. I suggest you at least do that before you start because you will regret it if you don't.

Get the diet and training in place first. Thats not because of your age thats for everyone. But yes dbol will be good cycle for you if you are just looking for strength for football. People will tell you to take other things like injectables but a dbol only cycle will give you what you want with, yes again diet, training and pct. It will also be less harmful to you and your natural test.

True. He'll just go to someone that will give him the answer he is looking for. But he's gonna need something for longer than 6 weeks or the end of the season is gonna SUCK.

All I can say is make sure he eats like a freaking horse if he's gonna use the D.

But yes Dianabol - methandrostenolone - will be good cycle for you if you are just looking for strength for football. It will also be less harmful to you and your natural test.

Your right but i offered all the help I'm going to. Maybe he might learn something that way and if its just 6 weeks of dbol he should come out fine. Hopefully.
