A need to taper down proviron?

Hey guys... just a question... I am aware that I must taper down the nolvadex following a show... Is it neccessary to taper down proviron as well?
I plan on doing 10mg nolv, and 20mg proviron for the last six weeks before my show... continuing with that same dose for another six weeks until my second show... after that time, how would you suggest I taper down the doses? like half dose ed, then quarter doses, then eod, e3d, and so on? how many weeks should I taper for?
