A Must Watch Video

There is so much more to it than that.

There will always be the new next big thing. Most disappoint but over the years certain drugs have had huge effect on bodybuilding and muscle growth in general. There was aas, then gh, slin, igf-1 etc. The new next thing will be myostatin inhibitors and they have been touted as that for quite a few years now. Bodybuilding has evolved due to training, nutrition and most noticeably through advancements in drugs. There are a few drugs out there that if taken in the right amount (huge $) freaky things can happen.

We should have some myo stuff in very soon and whilst they won't make you into Ronnie Coleman they can produce incredible results. These shouldn't be used as basics though and are for the advanced guy wanting that extra edge. AAS and food should always come first but these myo drugs can be great. I loved ace-031 when I tried that out for a brief time... huge strength increase unlike nothing I have seen before.

Pretty interesting, I'd say I have decently low Myostatin. I wouldn't mind it being lower though, lol.

Many things can lower myostatin... even creatine does it.

They do say myostatin starts to elevate during an aas cycle so using myo inhibitors during an aas cycle (weeks 6-8) can lead to improved results.

The only downside to certain myo inhibitors is they have such complex molecular structures they can be very fragile so caution needs to be followed when mixing and dosing.

Unless you have a genetic mutation at the MSTN gene, myostatin is ultimately what will win the war in keeping your body from achieving constant growth. For most individuals, this will happen at or around the 8 week mark of a cycle stalling gains from that point. Adding in a more anabolic compound and/or increasing dosages can cause a little more gain, but it is generally short lived and myostatin must return to baseline before gains can resume again. This is usually done by coming off or going to a lower cruising dose for a number of weeks.

There are individuals out there such as Big Ramy that have a myostatin deficiency that enable him to keep growing and growing without myostatin halting that growth. That is why he has gained so much size in a short amount of time, and is now one of the biggest bodybuilders to ever walk the earth.
