Unless you have a genetic mutation at the MSTN gene, myostatin is ultimately what will win the war in keeping your body from achieving constant growth. For most individuals, this will happen at or around the 8 week mark of a cycle stalling gains from that point. Adding in a more anabolic compound and/or increasing dosages can cause a little more gain, but it is generally short lived and myostatin must return to baseline before gains can resume again. This is usually done by coming off or going to a lower cruising dose for a number of weeks.
There are individuals out there such as Big Ramy that have a myostatin deficiency that enable him to keep growing and growing without myostatin halting that growth. That is why he has gained so much size in a short amount of time, and is now one of the biggest bodybuilders to ever walk the earth.
