A Little taste of Plat...... Perfect timing.....!!

Hey everyone, first of all thanks to the very kind bro who hit me with a weeks plat :D Let me know who you are!!

Down to business, I'm on my first cycle as we speak (hence the perfect timing :)). Stats precycle - 22 (training since 18). 188lbs @15%bf approx and 5'10. My cycle is simple - Dbol @ 30mg/day for 5 weeks, split into 3 10mg doses. Today is day 10 and I'm up from 188 to 204. I'm a bit bloated but I'm not being a pussy about it lol my face still looks fine so its ok. First question peeps - Is this gain ok for 10 days on? is it nomal/am I making decent progress? Apart from the bloat the only other side I'm getting is headaches, been told its quite common on dbol as the old blood pressure gets up a bit. been taking aspirin once a day and no more to try to ease the problem, is this ok to do? I know paracetamol is liver toxic and i'm trying to give my liver the least amout of extra work apart from the 17aa's. My strength is improving quickly, most noted increase is lateral raise, i was getting 12 reps of 10kg dumbbells, i got 13 of 12.5kg on monday (i use VERY strict form if you think this sounds light lol). My shoulders are one of my weaker areas so good to see them improving. I can definitely see a size difference over my body, my traps and delts are looking much better, my arms hit 17 inches pumped today after a bi workout and are looking fuller and more solid. Don't even wanna get started on the pumps....... wow. My diet is 300g+ protein, 4000 cals approx with extra on workout days. Nearly all carbs are clean, wholegrain bread, oats..... trying to keep the fat at a happy level, I'm eating between 120 and 150g. 6 meals and if i wake up during the night i have a pint of milk on top of everything. Training wise i've kept to what was working for me already but upped the volume. I'm doing 8 sets for most exercises, could up it to 9 maybe next week. I've always hit back and bis on the same day as when i didn't before it was hard not to overtrain, but as I'm on cycle and recovering faster do you guys think i should try hitting back on wednesday as usual and then do bi's on saturday maybe? Any advice on how i can make the absolute most outta this cycle would be brilliant, thanks for taking the time to read this :D
 
Most of that weight gain is water weight. It's pretty comon. It doesn't mean you aren't putting on some nice muscle though! I would suggest taking a liver protectant (Liv52, Forged Liver, Milk Thistle, etc). I think your diet looks fine. On bigger muscle groups like back and legs, I like to do more sets, somewhere around a total of 16.
