What is everyone's opinion on Arginine, Ornithine, Lysine, and glutamine?

Also, can anyone tell me about 1-test.

The reason I ask is because when I graduated high school in 1985 I weighed 126lbs. I wondering about the GH deficiancy issue.

Looks to me like you are skiritng the main issue at hand. You do not need any supplements like you listed at this time. I understand your mentality because its similar to mine. i will bet you have no deficiencies so stop looking for them as if they are the cause of your condition.

Focus on the diet. I know it sounds too simple, but diet really is the key. It will be 80% of your sucess or failure. Simple as that. Read it, understand it, apply it.

Then start to exercise.

lmao.

dude.... burger king??????????

Yeah man , get the fuck out of there. Fast food is fat food.

Eat frequently; at least 4 times a day (preferrably 5). These should be healthy, small meals.

Eat your veggies. Broccoli, corn, carrots, peas, cauliflower, bean sprouts, snow peas.

Use vegetables for your carbs. Stay away from starchy foods like bread, rice, pasta.\

For protein, go for your egg whites. 4 whites to 1 yolk. You can double up and eat 8 white and 2 yolk. Make it tasty with a tomato and pepper.

Stay away from fast food.

I know I'm going to get accused of being difficult, but I really must strongly disagree against a CKD diet.

It's complicated.

It's extremely restricting, especially to a newcomer.

It isn't particularly healthy.

It's mostly a quick fix to look good for a short time.

It's impossible to maintain on a long term basis.

This guy is looking for simple. And the first thing he needs to do is change his lifestyle. That's hard enough to do without piling on a convoluted diet program.

best post i've read all day, karma to you!!!

on a side note: make sure you pay attention the what kind of carbs your eating. HI vs. LOW GI carbs.....very important

HI vs. LOW GI carbs

Exactly! This is the real key in my opinion that the "average" person doesn't understand.
I used to think juice, wheat bread, and "low-fat" foods were the way to go. When in fact, they contain large amounts of highly glycemic foods.

Sample of "good" foods:

Breakfast: Cooked Oatmeal (not the instant kind), egg whites poached, a small banana.

Snacks: Unsalted roasted almonds, celery with some natural peanut butter, raw carrots.

Lunch: Tuna or chicken breast. Broccoli. Small sweet potatoe.

Dinner: Salmon or similar fish, Chicken or Turkey. Brown Basmati Rice. Steamed veggies.

Evening: Cottage cheese.

** Replace all liquid drinks (juice, milk, coffee) with water. And then drink even MORE water on top of that.

It is a boring diet, but eating those type of foods will dramatically change the way you look.

I'm really glad that I found this site. I like the input from all and it seems pretty consitent. GET A GRIP on my diet, get into a good cardio and lifting routine, and don't worry about supplements right now.

Just a note for humor, I ended breaking my finger yesterday evening playing basket ball with my son.

Tnaks again evreyone
