Well Bruce weighed around 135-45lbs at 5'7" in his prime.
It was reported that he could do 50 pullups and 50 dips. Those are 1 straight set, not multiple sets to get 50.
He barbell Curled 85lbs for reps
He bench pressed around 150lbs for reps.
He did full squat with around 135 for reps.
He did isometric work. A couple of his favorites being to have a heavily loaded barbell about bicep high in a power rack and then apply force with his froearms against it upwards and to get the whole body to tense up as one.
He could easily do dragon flags and advanced abdominal exercises. Strict one-arm pushups for reps as well as his famous 2 finger pushups and maybe even 1 finger.
The weights he lifted were nothing special. They were a little above average for a guy his weight, but not by much. Certainly not by a powerlifters or olympic lifter's standards.
His power came from SPEED and technique.
