I have a question to ask, i'm starting a new job and the only time i can work out is first thing in the morning,6:00am - 7:00am. I was wondering if I should have a bite to eat or go to the gym first and then eat after my training. thanks..
 
I agree, eat before, quite a bit of carbs and protein, then again after. I would let most of my carbs come during this two meals if watching BF%. If bulking eat a lot of good carbs the rest of the day as well.
 
if you are bulking, yes, definitively eat before
or you will feel weak and not work properly (and it would be catabolic)
 
I work out at 7:00 so at 6:00 i'm eating 10 egg white (2whole), 1 whole wheat bagel and 2 packets of oatmeal.
